Richard is a UK tech industry leader who has developed innovative IT software and solutions in a wide variety of complex environments. 

As a founder of Deep 3, a cyber software company providing mission critical software to the UK Defence Sector, he organically grew the business to a successful exit in 2019. 

Dave holds a PhD in Machine Learning and has over 25 years experience consulting for a wide range of blue-chip businesses, with a focus on data science, statistical analysis and customer insight.

His focus is in harnessing the practical potential of AI to outsmart real world challenges.

A start-up founder and former Metropolitan Police Service officer with experience of working for the United Nations, HMICFRS, and most recently as a policing lecturer at Brunel University, Alex is committed to ensuring today's frontline officers are best equipped to deal with the growing demands of policing.

Glen served as a Senior Investigating Officer for London’s Homicide and Major Crime Command for over a decade. He spearheaded high-impact investigations and led the Metropolitan Police Service’s detective training program. As a career detective and former police leader, his unique insights strengthened complex inquiries.

Andy is a Royal Television Society Award winning producer director with over 20 years’ experience in the television industry. He has a deep understanding of content creation and storytelling techniques and was responsible for delivering hundreds of episodes of True Crime Documentaries.
By building excellent relationships with senior ranking police officers throughout the country Andy has negotiated with key decision makers to secure access to compelling police investigations.

Gaye was a police officer for 31 years. Helping, protecting and providing justice for people is very important to her. She worked as a specialist suspect, witness and victim interviewer and advisor, and a family liaison officer and coordinator.  Throughout her career she worked in a wide range of investigative departments including homicide, crime training, domestic violence, child protection, and vice. She also spent many years in counter terrorism, interviewing and supporting the Muslim Contact Unit.​​​

Gaye will ensure the Actr-AI team always acts in the best interests of the people we are ultimately seeking to help through the business.   ​​​​​​

Roberto has an extensive track record in industry and academia, pursuing leading edge R&D for over 40 years in AI, machine learning and quantum computing for government/commercial clients.

He led BAE Systems Applied Intelligence's Strategic Innovation team, exploiting emerging technologies for disruptive applications in the defence, security and financial services sectors, especially for command decision-making/logistics, and cyber/financial fraud detection. 

Roberto was a Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence at Bristol University and is currently Visiting Professor for Quantum Systems Engineering at Loughborough University.​​​

Janet has been a teacher and headteacher for over 30 years in schools in England and Wales. She has chaired and co-chaired Task and Finish Groups for the Welsh Government into the future of the Digital Classroom and the future of ICT. She chaired the National Digital Learning Council for Wales and served as a member of the Education Minister’s Advisory Practitioner’s Panel.
Janet is an experienced educator and headteacher, renowned for her successful
leadership as well as contribution to the wider education system within the UK
and globally. She was awarded the OBE for services to education in 2014.

Raffaele worked across roles in the Metropolitan Police, SO15, NCA and Intelligence in the UK and internationally to the rank of Detective Chief Superintendent. He held high profile operational and strategic roles, including Borough Commander for Kensington & Chelsea.
As Head of Intelligence and Investigations for the Ministry of Defence (MOD), he led activity to protect the MOD's people, assets, and estates globally. 
Raffaele is now an Independent Member of HMG Parole Board, Strategic Advisor, and permanent member of the Sports Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA) Anti-Corruption Board.

Vanessa is a former senior police leader, reaching the rank of Detective Superintendent with West Yorkshire Police.

She was a homicide and major enquiry Senior Investigating Officer, child safeguarding lead, and force lead for Violence Against Women and Girls.

A passionate safeguarding advocate, sitting on the boards of Leeds Women's Aid and the Yorkshire Adoption Agency, Vanessa currently serves as an Independent Safeguarding Panel Member for Sport Resolutions -supporting non Government bodies in the professional management of safeguarding complaints and concerns in sport.
